Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee complex business and systems initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through comprehensive ERP, CRM, WMS, PLM, and PSA programs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the future direction of client organizations, ensuring successful project delivery by balancing structured methodologies with agile practices. This position is full-time and based on-site, requiring the project manager to work directly from the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle business systems projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with project and client goals.
• Facilitate collaboration among client business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendor partners to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reporting and communication as required for the client.
• Apply effective delivery methodologies as appropriate to individual project's scope and client culture.
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction through disciplined execution and communication.
• Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking with an ability to navigate complex organizational, process, and technology landscapes.
• Reflect a servant leader mindset, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth among team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Formal project management training; PMI or CompTIA certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing operations excellence and business systems, cross-functional projects, and initiatives.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, distribution, and e-commerce environments.
• Hands-on experience leading ERP, CRM, WMS, PLM, and PSA implementations; exposure to NetSuite and or Epicor highly desirable.
• Experienced in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and other project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various levels of stakeholders and teams.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-provided visa sponsorship.

Pay Range: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
