Job Description:

• As an Engineer 3 candidates will design, develop and modify many different elements of technology.
• Candidates will be required to understand advanced methods, theories and research techniques that establish ongoing direction and implementation of the technology vision and strategy.
• As an Engineer 3, client will be looking to candidates as a subject matter expert in multiple areas of technology that will represent your team in a positive manner within and outside of your department.
• Candidates will be leading implementations and providing viable recommendations for implementing new solutions.
• Candidates will be providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments; ensuring deadlines are met.
• Daily activities will include collaborating with Architects and recommending adjustments to the architecture to improve the overall quality and integration.
• Candidates will also be required to monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance of established standards, processes, and procedures.

Must Have:

• Service Cloud - 3 years +: Implementation of cases, omnichannel
• Sales Cloud - 3 years +: Implementation of various sales components (sales engagement, pipeline management, reporting, etc.)
• API Experiences - 3 years +: Mulesoft preferred, open to an experiences and show depth. Experiences integrating with parallel systems and showing that level of detail is something impactful in this position and sought after at this time.
• Flows - Heavy emphasis on implementing both batch and screen flows.
• Architecture / Solution Engineer Experiences - 3 years +: Need a out of the box thinker at times to pull things together to relate to business needs. Can think on there own and come up and back with options. This position will be looked to for guidance and opportunities for the team. Ex. Client wants to implement Salesforce Dev Ops but client doesn't have a solid person the team currently with experiences to draw upon. This candidate would be given larger projects to research and implement with ongoing side work.
• Hands on developer as well. Client is not looking for a full time leader or coach but someone that can also develop at the same time as researching options.
• Lightning Web Component Development - 3 years +
• Apex - Strong background in triggered applications.

Good to have if Available:

• Pardot/Marketing Cloud - 2 years +
• Salesforce Shield
• Data Analysis
• Files/Attachments - Using past experiences to help drive custom solutions and needs.

Note:
Pay Range: $70 - $75
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
