Job Details
Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- This role provides critical support for financial modeling and forecasting related to pharmacy programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze market, clinical, legislative, and regulatory data to assess the financial impact of pharmacy programs.
- Model benefit trends, utilization patterns, and policy changes for financial planning.
- Provide financial input into product design and pricing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Develop predictive financial models and translate actuarial insights to support leadership and enterprise planning.
Purpose:
- Oversee financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, analysis, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management, forecasting, EAC development, variance analysis, and invoice/cash flow management.
- Interface with project managers, account managers, and business directors on large and complex projects.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Experience:
- 5 years in finance, accounting, or an analytical role in the finance sector
Preferred:
- CPA or MBA
- Healthcare insurance industry experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial markets
- Proficient with tools such as Delphi, Oracle Financials, Longview, and database query software
- Strong communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Must report any federal program ineligibility events
Certifications:
- CPA (Preferred upon hire)
