Top Skills & Requirements:
- CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) required or willingness to obtain within 6 months (at candidate's expense)
- Strong onsite support skills - resolving end-user issues in person
- Experience handling tier 2 escalations and resolving complex technical problems

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Handle password resets, permissions, printer/network device issues, and general IT support
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate Business Technology resources
- Maintain clear communication with internal customers and leadership
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Stay current with new technologies and internal procedures
