Job Title: Informatica MDM & ETL Lead

Location: Wilmington, DE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM & ETL Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise MDM solutions. The role involves leading MDM architecture, resolving complex technical issues, supporting production systems, and ensuring high-quality master data across distributed platforms in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Informatica MDM (Hub, SIF, Match & Merge, Cleanse, Load & Publish) design, development, and support.

  • Ensure single source of truth for Member, Provider, and Reference data across enterprise systems.

  • Provide production support, batch job monitoring, enhancements, and health checks.

  • Execute Hub, ORS, Cleanse Server, and JRE upgrades; implement Business Entities using Provisioning Tool.

  • Support real-time integrations using SIF and custom Java APIs.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL / PL-SQL queries.

  • Monitor applications using AppDynamics, Kibana (EFK), Grafana.

  • Work with Middleware teams for deployments, configurations, and infrastructure changes.

  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders; drive long-term technology strategy.

  • Support AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS) and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release).
