Job Title: STIBO Developer

Rate: Up to $70/hr (C2C) or on 1099
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled STIBO Developer with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in STIBO STEP to join our team onsite in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), deep understanding of data modeling and governance, and solid experience in configuring and customizing the STIBO STEP platform to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mainly working on the PIM area.
- Design, develop, and configure solutions in STIBO STEP to support enterprise MDM requirements.
- Customize workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and data models within STEP.
- Integrate STEP with other enterprise systems using APIs and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement MDM strategies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning as needed.
- Ensure best practices are followed in data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
Required Skills:
- Retail domain experience is a plus
- 5 8 years of experience in STIBO STEP development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, and XSLT.
- Experience with REST/SOAP-based integration and API development.
- Knowledge of workflow configuration, business rules, and UI customization in STEP.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with cloud-based deployments of STIBO.
- Familiarity with retail domains.
- Exposure to tools like Informatica, Talend, or other ETL platforms.
- STIBO STEP certification is a plus.
Work Authorization:
- Open to candidates eligible to work on 1099 or C2C only.
- C2C from employers holding H1b is fine.
- Rate capped at $70/hr.
