Job Summary:
Zensoft It is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented HR Manager to join our growing IT consulting
company in Northborough, MA. This is a full-time on-site role (6 hours/day, Monday through
Friday) responsible for managing core HR operations while also supporting accounting functions
and digital marketing. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee
relations, and compliance
Administer payroll, benefits, time tracking, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Perform accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense
tracking, and reconciliations using QuickBooks
Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
Assist with creating and managing social media posts, and website content
Serve as the main point of contact for HR, payroll, and accounting-related inquiries
Coordinate with leadership on HR policy updates, budgeting, and financial planning
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and legal
requirements
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a
related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
Knowledge on digital marketing and social media tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an IT consulting or technology company environment
2+ years of experience in HR and basic accounting roles
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, payroll tax procedures, and benefit administration
