About the Role
We are seeking a Game Designer to contribute to the growth of GameSnacks Originals, a platform within Google s ecosystem. This role involves sourcing and designing innovative game content, managing developer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of engaging single and multiplayer experiences. You will act as a bridge between technical and creative teams to bring new games to life while supporting ongoing updates and enhancements.
Responsibilities
Source and onboard new game content for GameSnacks, expanding the catalog and working with developers in Google s revenue share program.
Oversee the development of GameSnacks Originals, providing design input and feedback to developers.
Collaborate with developers to create and launch the first set of multiplayer games, with six new titles scheduled for Q4 delivery.
Drive crowdsourcing initiatives for multiplayer games planned for 2025.
Manage and close Statements of Work (SOWs) for SDK updates, monetization requests, and YouTube Playables game updates.
Contribute to conceptualization, storytelling, character creation, mechanics, systems, level design, and overall player experience.
Prototype, test, and refine game features to optimize engagement and quality.
Work cross-functionally with programmers, artists, and sound designers to bring creative concepts into polished, playable products.
