Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description

Occasional travel to New York City

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Compliance Program Manager to lead and drive enterprise-wide IT SOX and internal audit programs. This role is essential in helping the company sustain two consecutive quarters of clean operations to fully remediate past control deficiencies and eliminate a previously identified material weakness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end SOX program
  • Implement and manage a 3 Lines of Defense risk management framework
  • Serve as program and project manager for IT compliance and internal audit initiatives
  • Coordinate with approximately 100 control owners, reviewers, and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the EU controls lead (PwC consultant based in Amsterdam)
  • Support GRC operations with clear communication and structured processes
  • Ensure consistent, proactive "drumbeat" communication to avoid a "whack-a-mole" reactive approach

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT compliance, SOX, or internal audit
  • 5+ years directly leading SOX programs
  • Proven experience implementing risk frameworks and managing cross-functional compliance projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to instill process discipline

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Retail or fashion strongly preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Strong familiarity with SAP (experience with SAP GRC is a plus)
  • Experience using AuditBoard (preferred)

Work Model:

  • Must be able to accommodate early morning calls to align with global teams
