RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manual QA Tester for 6 month remote contract role, with long term extension - PST hours preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team leads and developers to understand product features and test requirements
* Write and execute detailed test plans and test cases
* Document and report bugs using Jira; Ensure timely resolution and re-testing
* Provide clear and timely status updates
* Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation
* Support data entry or cross-functional tasks as needed (e.g., pricing, SKUs)
* Attend weekly development standups (Wednesdays)
* Participate in agile sprint cycles and contribute to team planning
* Working with internal and external Jira boards
* Writing and executing test plans, documenting bugs
* Re-testing fixed issues, supporting data entry as needed
* Participating in weekly Wednesday dev standups
* Cross-functional support (e.g., pricing, SKU) if bandwidth allows
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of manual QA testing experience
* Strong test case writing and documentation skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and proactively
* Familiarity with Jira or similar bug tracking tools
* Basic SQL knowledge
* Ability to quickly learn new applications and systems
Nice to have:
* Experience supporting E-commerce or merchandising systems
* Experience testing within Centric 8 PLM or similar lifecycle management tools (strongly preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
