Job Summary: The Office of Technology Enablement is a strategic organization designed to establish the org as a progressive, innovative, and responsible leader in important and fast-moving areas of technology such as artificial intelligence and mixed reality. The organization coordinates efforts in AI/ML and mixed reality across each of the company s business segments to enable value and drive business outcomes. We are currently seeking a seasoned Product Manager for an internal platform. As the Product Manager at the Office of Technology Enablement (OTE), you will turn our internal platform into a definitive resource hub connecting teams, spotlighting best practices, and amplifying wins enterprise-wide. You collaboratively craft a roadmap and rapidly ship high-impact features. We re looking for Product Manager who thinks like a community organizer, is passionate about building AI native products, is a proven expert in scalable CMS and can ship products that meet world-class privacy, and security standards.
Responsibilities: Champion of Responsible Technology: Consistently embeds fairness, transparency, and governance principles into every product decision. Partner with Strategic Operations and Engineering Practice: Collaboratively define long-term business goals for the platform to advance our governance process and build with increasing transparency. Co-develop the roadmap: Facilitate collaboration on a long-term roadmap with Eng, Design, and Governance; ship sprint-level wins and pave the path for long-term technology adoption. Evolve the platform into a next-generation product: Continuously explore emerging techniques to shift the experience from static pages to adaptive, intelligence-driven interactions that learn and improve with every use. Future-proof the CMS: Design an open, versioned platform with self-service edits, live previews, rich metadata, and plug-and-play extensions. Create a trusted knowledge hub: Automate pipelines that bring collaboration tools, grassroots forums, and authoritative research into one vetted repository. Build community-first features: Turn forum threads, dev ideas, and white papers into joyful mechanics that fuel contribution and peer learning. Lead distributed engineering squads: Run backlog, spikes, and delivery rituals across time zones; clear blockers fast and keep velocity high. Embed airtight governance: Bake policy, guardrails, and risk controls into every release with Privacy, Legal, and Comms. Broadcast success: Establish success metrics, implement analytics, and distribute updates to relevant stakeholders.
Skills/Experience: Proven Product Management Expertise: 7+ years owning large-scale informational sites or internal portals, including at least one AI- or data-driven product. High-Velocity Delivery: Demonstrated success shipping agile roadmaps owning backlog, sprint goals, and release metrics to drive continuous impact. Deep CMS Architecture Mastery: Hands-on expertise with headless or component-based CMS, live editing, version control, and metadata governance. Compliance & Governance Translator: Collaborates seamlessly with Privacy, Security, Legal, and Comms turning GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and related requirements into clear product plans and consensus-driven releases. Relationship-Oriented Collaborator: Builds trust across engineering, design, legal, comms, and business teams, converting diverse viewpoints into aligned action.
Required Education: BA/BS Degree Comp Sci/IS or related field
