Job Description
Consultant must be available for onsite schedule and the primary work location will be remote facility.

Preferred Certifications:
Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft D365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications Specialist or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Deployment

Required Skills & Years of Experience::
Power Platform development, including Model-Driven and Canvas applications, PCF Controls, Power Automate, and Power BI (3+ Years)
C# (5+ Years)
ASP.NET Core (5+ Years)
JavaScript (5+ Years)
HTML/CSS (5+ Years)
Entity Framework (5+ Years)
Experience implementing Power BI dashboards for public consumption
Experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps; including source control and pipelines
Experience working with SSIS, SSRS, and/or SQL Server (T-SQL)

Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience implementing technical solutions with the Public Safety
Experience leading client engagements from strategy through solution implementation, including strategy, governance, operating models, design, delivery, deployment and ongoing maintenance
Has lead a team of developers
Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodology

Responsibilities:
Development, administration, configuration and support of Microsoft Power Application, .NET applications, Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports and SharePoint
Leading application deployment processes and strategies that align with Client standards
Set up, configure and coordinate with Client teams on the implementation of infrastructure to support business requirements (i.e. databases, servers, etc.)
Implement integrations with Client Enterprise Architecture Services, specific APIs, identity Management and related services
Develop application specific failover processes and strategies to ensure services align with defined Service Level Agreements
Develop integration strategies and validation processes such that audit capabilities are incorporated and easily utilized
Meet and communicate with business and technical subject matter experts to identify and understand requirements
Facilitate meetings, testing activities, and other tasks needed to support the implementation of the requirements
