Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Controls Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SCADA (Ignition), PLC programming, and control panel design and commissioning. This role involves designing, programming, and deploying industrial automation systems for manufacturing, process, or data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SCADA solutions using Ignition.
Perform control panel design, including electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and component selection per NEC/UL standards.
Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA, etc.).
Lead system installation, testing, and commissioning activities at client sites.
Develop control system documentation design packages, IO lists, panel layouts, and user manuals.
Configure historian, alarming, and visualization dashboards in Ignition.

Required Skills & Experience

5 7 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA (Designer, Gateway, Perspective, Vision).
Proven background in control panel design, wiring, and layout using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
Experience in commissioning automation systems (factory and site acceptance testing).
Strong understanding of PLC/HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
