Our client is seeking a Junior Epic Support Analyst.
Onsite work in Chantilly, VA.
Client is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Epic Support Analyst to join their onsite Clinical Applications Support team, specializing in the Epic Ambulatory module. This entry-level role will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to clinicians and staff primarily via a call center/help desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing issues or requesting support with the Epic Ambulatory application.
Log, triage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner following defined SLAs.
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately to senior analysts or application teams (L3).
Assist with Epic user access, workflow questions, and system navigation support.
Document issue resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
Provide onsite go-live and post-implementation support as needed.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection.
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to understand and resolve workflow or technical issues.
Assist in routine reporting, system maintenance tasks, and data entry.
Required Qualifications:
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
1 2 years of experience in EPIC IT support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow procedures and troubleshoot systematically.
