Marketing Analyst - Remote

Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Duration: 06+ Months (with higher possibilities of extension)

Location: Fully remote (never coming onsite)

Shift: M-F 08:00AM 05:00PM

Position summary:

• Worker is responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help us acquire new customers and increase our engagement with and retention of current customers. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget.

Duties

• Gathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projects
• Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing process
• Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant
• Maintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholders
• Reviews and validates copy against Source of Truth Documents for our Annual Enrollment Period
• Maintains spreadsheet of tracking metrics
• Project manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing agency
• Other work as assigned

Experience

• 3+ years experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.
• Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Education

• The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
