Job Details

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale full-stack features across the clients platform

  • Contribute to product design and user experience with a strong technical and user-focused perspective

  • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to rapidly develop and launch new features

  • Take ownership of engineering decisions from conception to implementation

  • Maintain high standards of system performance, stability, and code maintainability

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working on user-facing applications

  • Background in high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google, Spotify, Airbnb, Pinterest)

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (a degree from a top-tier university is a plus)

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Frontend: React, Next.js

    • Backend: Python, Django

    • Database: PostgreSQL

  • Proven ability to take full ownership of features and deliver high-impact work

  • Demonstrated career growth and meaningful contributions in previous roles

  • Must be enthusiastic about working full-time and in-person in Williamsburg, NYC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in adtech, creator engagement, or monetization tools

  • Background as a founder or early-stage startup engineer with a track record of success

  • Strong design sensibility and ability to craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces

  • Passion for the Creator economy and improving the digital advertising landscape
