We are looking for multiple Desktop Support Engineers in the Greater Chicagoland area. These roles involve working in a fast-paced IT environment to provide technical troubleshooting to end users across the business including C-Level executives.
Skills Needed:
- Azure Active Directory Administration
- Intune experience
- Group Policy Administration: Managing user permissions and authorizations, ensuring proper access to systems and resources.
- O365 technical troubleshooting
- Maintaining documentation for troubleshooting steps and system configurations.
- Fielding calls and emails, diagnosing problems, and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
- IT asset management
