- Title: Systems Analyst – Supply Chain WMS
- Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, WFH Fridays)
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Contract: W2 ONLY, 12 months initial with likelihood of extension of up to 22 months or conversion to full-time employment status with CEI or the client
- Pay: $61.00 -- $63.50/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Overview:
The Systems Analyst will focus on sustainment and support of a Blue Yonder WMS platform, playing a critical role in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and guiding system enhancements. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of critical Supply Chain systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily support for Blue Yonder WMS and related integrations (e.g., Oracle Retail).
- Conduct root-cause analysis for issues and partner with vendors/internal teams for resolution.
- Manage ticket lifecycle in Jira; document technical and functional resolutions.
- Translate user issues and enhancement requests into actionable tasks and user stories.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with TPMs and Delivery Managers on system upgrades, releases, and test planning.
- Support minor configuration updates and regression testing efforts.
- Document and maintain support SOPs and knowledge base content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in a systems analyst or sustainment support role.
- Strong understanding of Blue Yonder WMS or similar platforms (SAP EWM, Manhattan, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle Retail or retail operations systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Jira and documentation tools like Confluence.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for digging into system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams (technical and business).
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehousing environments is strongly preferred.
