Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid: 2 3 days onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst Financial Systems with strong technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft ERP, specifically Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and at least two modules from Asset Management (AM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Costing (PC), Billing, or Expense. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of PeopleTools and demonstrate the ability to deliver scalable financial solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft applications using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, SQR, and Integration Broker
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Lead and support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
• Optimize application performance through tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise platforms
• Maintain data integrity, support system testing, and resolve technical issues
• Create and maintain functional/technical documentation and deliver user training
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and timeline management
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years of application team experience, with at least 3 years in financial systems roles
• Proven experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and at least two of AM, AR, PC, Billing, or Expense
• Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker
• Experience in system upgrades, performance tuning, and financial system integration
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively deliver results
