Technical Skills

• 5+ years in AI/ML with 2+ years focused specifically on generative AI and LLM applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge management systems
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and foundation model capabilities
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector) and semantic search
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Architect scalable GenAI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with focus on cost optimization and performance
• Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

Domain Expertise

• Proven track record of delivering GenAI solutions that drive business outcomes
• Experience with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought reasoning
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI governance frameworks
• Understanding of data privacy, security considerations, and compliance requirements for AI systems
