We are seeking a Project Manager to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, event activations, and cross-functional marketing projects. This role bridges technical execution with creative strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing-related projects (digital campaigns, websites, event activations, content launches, etc.).
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Act as the main liaison between marketing, creative, technical, and external vendor teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and escalate challenges where needed.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes.
- Support event activations by coordinating logistics, technology requirements, and vendor deliverables.
- Track and report project status, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables, from digital assets to live event experiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting marketing or creative initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, CMS, analytics, paid media, email, etc.).
- Experience with event activations, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite execution, is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
