Job Details
Milestone Technologies is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to collaborate with the client operations management team and deliver a best-in-class service. In this role, you will be tasked with recommending improvements to systems and processes, identifying areas for service enhancement, and optimizing resource utilization.
How You Will Make An Impact
Partnering with client operations management teams to achieve a best-in-class service
Recommending improvements to systems and processes to identify areas for service enhancement and optimize resource utilization
Business Intelligence and Analytics: Performing ad-hoc analysis and regular business reviews to support decision-making. Collaborating with the client to enhance data systems and develop new reporting methods for improved business visibility
People Management: Leading, motivating, inspiring, and encouraging both your own and cross-functional teams across various services
Project Management: Collaborating on cross-functional operational initiatives, identifying process and system gaps, and partnering with Milestone and client operations and capacity planning teams to drive business results

Process development for delivering services to scope specifications & best practice Client Relationship Management
Resource Management:
Quarterly resource forecasting per site per region
Partnering with recruiters on job requisition specifications and candidate qualification specifications
Partnering with recruiting on open resourcing requirements and ensuring open positions are filled in a timely manner
Employee On-boarding & Off-boarding responsibilities
Partnering with Training Lead/Specialist regarding new hire and continuous training needs for the region
Management responsibility for Team Leads
Collaboration on new/changed HR program development, design, and execution
Career path, training, and employee development
Ensuring succession planning for the region
Regular 1:1s with team members
Quarterly performance review of team members
Partnering with HR on employee issues
What You Will Need To Succeed
HS Diploma or GED
A minimum of 5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or related experience, including a minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience
Experience in lean management for operations, planning, finance, or consulting
Project management: proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extensive business acumen
Effective communication and intercultural skills
Highly innovative, flexible, and self-directed
People skills maximizing trusting effective relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an assertive approach, while maintaining your ability to be vocally self-critical
