Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant for one of its clients in Corte Madera, CA
ONSITE CONTRACT TO HIRE
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud application and hands-on experience in developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting
- Experience configuring approval workflows and working across global payroll interfaces
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)
- Possesses a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) coupled with adept project management skills. In addition to Oracle HCM modules, including WFM, LMS, and Recruitment Cloud
- Own the Oracle release cycle
- Experience working in a global delivery model, including familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development methodologies.
- Effectively engage with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team.
Work Site: Corte Madera, CA
Duration: 6 Months (Contract To Hire)
