Job Description

We are seeking a Channel Strategy Manager to support our Enterprise Omnichannel Notification System (EONS) for SMS/Text, Email, App Push, and Outbound Voice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database management, message creation, campaign execution, tracking, and compliance, with a focus on digital marketing tools and projects.


Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35 - $45 / hr. w2


Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing technology platforms and automation tools for customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze SMS/Text marketing, direct marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing strategies through A/B testing and analytics tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop protocols and procedures for workflow management and marketing governance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, web marketing, and automation technologies.
  • Support strategic enhancements and system integrations with the Business Technology Solutions team.
  • Serve in storm response roles and assist with emergency communication protocols.


Experience Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or automation.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, agile development, Jira, A/B testing, and social marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud
  • Experience working in B2B or B2C customer experience development.
  • Experience in cross-channel communications and web analytics.
  • Ability to translate technical marketing data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and consulting skills.
  • Experience with SMS/Text marketing, direct marketing, and email automation tools.
  • Knowledge of database management, TCPA compliance, and campaign execution.
  • Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
