Koch Finishing Systems is hiring a Controls Engineer to design, program, and commission automated finishing equipment. Join a hands-on team delivering innovative solutions for manufacturing automation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control systems for automated finishing equipment.
- Program PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, and other control devices.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot control systems.
- Support installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Create documentation, including manuals, diagrams, and electrical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ANSI, NFPA) and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in controls engineering for manufacturing or automation.
- Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLCs, RSLogix 500/5000, Rockwell programming.
- Knowledge of C, C++, or Python for embedded controls is a plus.
- Familiarity with Siemens, GE Fanuc, Modicon, Square D, or Telemecanique PLCs is a bonus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
