Business Analyst (Hybrid in Des Moines, Iowa | MUST have ITIL v4 Cert)

This is a Hybrid opportunity with a Mandatory Weekly On-Site Presence.

American Computer Services Inc. is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of ITSM processes.

You Must Have Experience supporting and documenting business processes for:

• Organization-wide service request workflows.
• Change management protocols, including the enhancement of change and configuration management practices.
• CMDB relationship mapping for Configuration Items (CIs) managed within systems.
• Development and documentation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analysis and documentation of integration requirements between ITSM processes and other enterprise systems.
• Collection of requirements for dashboards and reports to enhance organizational visibility and performance monitoring.
• Assisting with QA testing efforts, including the creation and execution of test cases for various ITSM processes.

Key Experience includes:

• Experience prioritizing and executing tasks effectively under pressure to ensure timely delivery.
• Experience managing user expectations during the testing process to align with business requirements.
• Experience identifying and evaluating opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency.
• Experience managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality.
• Experience analyzing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and standards compliance.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Rational Team Suite to enhance project collaboration and workflows.
• Experience defining business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting integrated business applications.
• Experience communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications to business requirements to stakeholders.
• Experience conducting business process analysis, design, and development to optimize operations.
• Experience authoring detailed requirements and Use Case documentation to ensure project clarity.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or relevant certifications combined with work experience.
• ITIL v4 is preferred.
