Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves leading key initiatives to optimize workflows, develop advanced financial reporting capabilities, and support the integration of data from multiple systems within the Acumatica platform. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and Acumatica reporting, serving as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement custom financial reports and dashboards within the Acumatica platform.
Integrate data from various systems, including property management tools, time-tracking applications, and organizational databases.
Evaluate current workflows and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency.
Automate reporting processes to provide real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate directly with department leaders and finance teams to identify and address reporting needs.
Serve as the primary expert on Acumatica functionality and best practices, providing guidance to stakeholders.
Offer remote consultation and technical support using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Build streamlined workflows and processes tailored to the needs of a multi-unit hospitality business.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Acumatica, with a strong focus on financial modules and report development.
Proven ability to integrate data from multiple third-party systems, including property management and time-tracking tools.
Solid background in finance and accounting, with the ability to develop reports aligned with organizational objectives.
Hands-on experience designing dashboards and optimizing workflows within Acumatica.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing project goals and deliverables.
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including after-hours support if required.
Familiarity with consulting or freelance work in ERP systems, particularly within the hospitality sector.
