Job Description:

Waterfall & Agile Coaching:

• Serve as an ambassador for IT methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), effectively communicating their value and phases.
• Promote best practices in IPEC for Waterfall delivery, including activity planning, artifact maintenance, and execution excellence.
• Conduct Waterfall and Agile Maturity Assessments and create customized coaching plans for project teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to support delivery process improvement and adoption.

Process Improvement & Enablement:

• Partner with the Delivery Excellence Lead to execute strategic initiatives and OKRs set by CDeX.
• Support Agile Activation processes, including conducting trainings (Scrum 101, Kanban 101, IPEC for Waterfall).
• Assist in tool setup using ServiceNow PPM, Jira, and Confluence for managing delivery workflows and documentation.
• Facilitate Quarterly Product Planning (QPP) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) events.

Team Support & Coaching:

• Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Kanban Facilitators to provide coaching and ad hoc training.
• Guide teams through critical checkpoints like project kickoff, planning, and closure.
• Encourage alignment with business goals and customer value delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement using qualitative and quantitative delivery metrics.

Required Skills & Characteristics:

• Strong background in software delivery process coaching across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of Waterfall methodology, with working knowledge of Agile practices.
• Familiarity with delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow PPM.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
• Passion for learning, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery/process coaching or project management.
• Proven experience training teams on Waterfall delivery and Agile principles.
• Certifications Preferred: PMP, Scrum, Kanban.
