Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Development to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our product development initiatives. This role will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and an excellent communicator with a proven track record in leading high-performing product development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall product development strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Lead cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from idea generation and concept validation to product launch and iteration
• Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize features and define go-to-market strategies
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions
• Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for product performance and team productivity
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the product development organization
• Manage and mentor product and engineering leaders to ensure career growth and high team engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 15 years IT /10+ years of experience in product development, including 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role
• Strong experience managing software product development in agile environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products that meet business goals
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities
• Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, or digital product ecosystems (preferred)
