Job Details

Customer Interview mode : In person - office Houston


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion tracking
  • Create and execute inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot's marketing automation tools
  • Design and implement email marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models
  • Develop landing pages, forms, and CTAs using HubSpot's content management system
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage social media integration and social publishing through HubSpot
  • Create and optimize SEO content strategy using HubSpot's SEO tools
  • Set up and maintain marketing attribution reporting and dashboard creation

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodology
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
  • Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce, Google Analytics, social platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • Experience with content marketing and blogging
  • Knowledge of buyer persona development and customer journey mapping
