Description of Duties: We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. The Project Management Office is looking for individuals to join the PMO as a resource to be assigned as needed. Assignment can be with any department within the state of Maine; dependent on need. You will report directly to the project management office. Your main tasks will include supporting the Change Management Team with the development of training documentation, supporting and facilitating user acceptance testing, and assisting with website and communication development. As a key contributor to the State of Maine Workday implementation it is imperative that you establish high quality standards and lead by example.?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates and leads the Change Ambassador Network
  • Facilitates communication events and manages the deployment of those events
  • Assist with impact analysis and the documentation of all job roles
  • Participates in the development and management of the End User Training strategy
  • Supports the training content development effort
  • Contributes to development and testing of end user training materials
  • Supports monitoring of end user training: student enrollment, class scheduling, attendance, etc.
  • Provide support for Train-the-Trainer program
  • Participates in the development of training curriculum materials
  • Contributes to the development of multimedia training and communications content, e.g., videos, websites, emails, instructional text, e-learning courses.
  • Delivery of training classes and various other events related to end user training
  • Previous Change Management experience on a large-scale implementation effort
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and work management skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations
