Job Title: IBM CMOD Administrator

Location: Johnston, RI (Day 1 Onsite / Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) Administrator to join our team in Johnston, RI. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in administering and supporting CMOD environments. This is a Day 1 onsite/hybrid role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain IBM CMOD environments.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, and patches for CMOD components.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CMOD systems.
  • Generate and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, support procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support integration efforts and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical support and root cause analysis for incidents and service requests related to CMOD.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IBM CMOD Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of CMOD architecture, components, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CMOD.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., DB2, Oracle) used in CMOD environments.
  • Experience in working in enterprise-level environments.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMOD integrations with other ECM or archiving systems.
  • Knowledge of document capture and archival workflows.
