Java Selenium Automation Architect

New York, NY / Alpharetta, GA - hybrid schedule

Job Description:

Total exp 10+ years

Must-Have Skills:

1. 10+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
2. Hands-on experience designing and developing Test Automation Frameworks from scratch - not just using pre-existing frameworks.
3. Strong experience in onboarding scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
4. Expertise in test automation architecture/design (including scalable solutions).
5. Experience with scripting/coding for test automation (most likely using tools/languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
6. Automation testing tools experience (likely Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
7. Hybrid/Onsite availability Must be local to New York, NY, or Alpharetta, GA, and open to 3 days onsite per week.
8. Ability to clear a technical coding assessment with the end client.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman, RestAssured, Karate)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and integrations.
• Good communication skills and reliability - to avoid backouts.
