Ecommerce Personalization - Technical Lead
Job Description
- Lead hands-on development and delivery of ecommerce personalization features that improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for personalization initiatives within the ecommerce team.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to implement personalization use cases aligned with business goals.
- Support stable, performant personalization solutions across web and mobile ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain personalization features such as product recommendations, targeted content, and experimentation.
- Integrate personalization tools with ecommerce platforms, data layers, and analytics using APIs and event-based tracking.
- Provide technical guidance to developers, review code, and help resolve implementation challenges.
- Monitor personalization performance, fix defects, and iterate on implementations to improve results.
