Job Summary

The Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions within a specific domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows
  • Develop scripts, business rules, and UI policies
  • Support integrations and data migrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
  • Collaborate with architects and functional consultants

Required Skills

  • Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Domain expertise (ITSM, CSM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Mandatory Certifications

  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
