Compensation
Pay Range:$33.44-$47.77/Hrs
Description
* Assist in improving the efficiency of shipping procedures.
* Enhance logistics to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
* Focus on new product development and commercialization in snacks and meals & beverage categories.
* Manage day-to-day tasks, data entry, and follow-up with cross-functional teams.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Support purchasing by resolving complex performance issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop SKU-level sales forecasts to drive production and meet objectives.
* Review inventory levels and customer orders, recommending system adjustments.
* Run statistical analyses to balance inventory stock levels with demand.
* Collaborate with various departments to plan and resolve supply issues.
* Maintain ownership over the entire S&OP process.
* Evaluate and measure supplier performance and conduct supplier negotiations.
* Manage vendor relationships and resolve conflicts as necessary.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
* 3 years of experience in the food or CPG industry with end-to-end supply chain experience.
* Strong understanding of food manufacturing and supply chain operations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
* Proficiency in spreadsheet software, presentation tools, and project management tools.
* Attention to detail and flexibility, with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
