Job Details
We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Helpdesk Support
Mode of Interview: In Person Only
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Work Location: Richmond, VA
Shift: EST
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as Helpdesk - Accurately log and resolve tickets. Serve as a point of contact. Escalate when necessary
- 3 years of experience as customer Oriented and Team Player
- 3 years of experience in computer diagnostics and remediation
- 3 years of experience in strong ability to effectively communicate
- Additional duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecommunications skills (POTS lines, VoIP, and cell)
- A/V Systems Support
