  • ERP Full-Cycle Implementation Leadership
  • Oversee end-to-end ERP deployment: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Ensure alignment of ERP functionalities with business processes in retail and business development.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
  • Act as the primary liaison with C-Level executives, presenting project updates, risks, and strategic benefits.
  • Facilitate decision-making and secure executive sponsorship for critical milestones.
  • Cross-Cultural Team Management
  • Lead project teams across multiple geographies.
  • Foster collaboration between IT, business units, and external vendors.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and project deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget implementation.
  • Provide transparent reporting to executives and stakeholders.
