Day in the Life of an Industrial Engineering Intern - Scheduling:

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As anIndustrial Engineering Intern - Scheduling: at Bell, you can expect to:

  • Assist in the creation, coordination, review, and tracking of schedules to facilitate program execution
  • Participate in schedule analysis activities such as critical path analysis, multiple float path analysis, resource leveling, and schedule optimization.
  • Provide support to programs and business management with program management reviews, risk assessments, and schedule status.

What You'll Need:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology or Industrial & Systems Engineering, or closely related field required
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1- August 7, 2026

Preference will be given to candidates that are rising Senior classification during the 2026 internship.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Strong computer skills, especially with: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI or SQL scripting, and AutoCAD.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced work environment that offers new challenges daily.
  • Previous internship experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Hands on work with SAP software or Primavera P6.
