RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Leader in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader to drive the design and implementation of a multi-phase engagement focused on executive communication, cybersecurity portfolio reporting, and PMO standardization. This role will lead agile-based reporting models, facilitate governance structures, and ensure delivery of key milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Leader will lead the development of workflows and templates for executive communication
* Implement an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity initiatives
* Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and weekly stand-ups
* Define and operationalize intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for the Cybersecurity PMO
* As an Agile Leader, you will deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance models
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation is complete
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in Agile project leadership, preferably in cybersecurity or IT governance
* Experience with dashboarding tools and agile metrics tracking
* Strong understanding of PMO structures and executive reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
