We're looking for an experienced ML Engineer who thrives on turning raw data into real-world solutions. You'll be building, training, and deploying production-ready machine learning models from scratch - not just tweaking existing ones. Machine Learning Engineer

What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing ? model training ? deployment)
- Build and ship production-grade ML models that solve real business problems
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
- Communicate complex ML concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production
- Deep expertise in scikit-learn and ML fundamentals:
- Regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods
- Feature engineering, model evaluation, bias-variance tradeoff
- Strong grasp of the full ML lifecycle: data prep, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, validation, deployment
- Ability to explain concepts like overfitting, gradient boosting, bias-variance tradeoff in simple terms
- Bonus: You can open a notebook, build a model with scikit-learn, and walk us through how and why it works
- Work on real-world ML problems with immediate impact
