RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Continuous Improvement Business Analyst in the Miami, FL area.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contractor to support the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) during a critical phase of development and rollout. This role will work closely with the CIP Lead to drive change management, create high-quality communications and training materials, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance leadership understanding and adoption of CIP across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Understanding & Synthesis: Quickly learn the CIP framework and translate complex concepts into clear, concise materials for diverse audiences
* Executive-Quality Presentation Development: Create polished PowerPoint decks for leadership, info sessions, and training content with strong narratives and visual appeal
* Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze survey results, scoring curves, and CIP performance metrics; Convert findings into simple visuals and actionable insights to support decision-making
* Communication & Messaging: Draft clear, accurate messaging for playbooks, guidance documents, and rollout materials; Confidently present to large groups to build understanding and engagement
* Training & Enablement: Assist in structuring training sessions and enablement materials that drive adoption and reinforce CIP principles
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
* Proven experience in change management, communications, or program support roles
* Strong background in creating executive-level presentations and training materials
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentation and data visualization
* Ability to analyze data and create compelling, data-driven narratives
* Preferred: Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies or similar programs
Core Competencies:
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable presenting to large audiences and engaging stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
