#1926 Contents Operations Manager
We re looking for an experienced Contents Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the personal property side of our restoration projects.
In this role, you ll manage the full contents process from pack-out to cleaning to delivery for both residential and commercial clients. You ll serve as the key link between our team and our customers, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the contents restoration workflow, including pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return of personal property.
- Inspect project quality regularly, providing guidance and maintaining a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and progress updates for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and develop a team of contents technicians, ensuring consistent, high-quality work.
- Facilitate routine training sessions to keep staff up to date on processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Work closely with senior leadership to maintain coordination between contents, mitigation, and reconstruction teams.
- Ensure precision and care in handling, documenting, and cleaning client property.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence in math and reporting accuracy.
- 5+ years of experience in property restoration, including 3+ years in a management or project leadership role.
- Familiarity with software such as Dash, Encircle, ContentsTrack, and Xactimate (preferred).
- Solid computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and related tools.
- Valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record.
- IICRC certifications (FSRT, OCT, UFT, CPT, or similar) strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
