Description
We are looking for a skilled EMR Implementation Manager to oversee the successful deployment and optimization of electronic medical record systems for our organization. This role requires an individual with proven expertise in project management, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless transitions and enhanced workflows.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and optimization of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage project timelines, scope, and objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Configure EMR systems to meet specific business and operational requirements.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate system functionality and ensure readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including IT, operations, and clinical teams, to streamline workflows.
Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business users, ensuring effective communication.
Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems.
Develop documentation and reporting to track project outcomes and system performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing EMR system implementations.
Proficiency in system configuration and customization to meet organizational needs.
Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proven ability to manage complex projects within tight deadlines.
Familiarity with software like Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, or similar technologies.
Experience in creating business requirement documents and overseeing testing phases.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
