Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support and ensure smooth hardware deployment and maintenance. Based in Lewis Center, Ohio, this long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Responsibilities:
Perform imaging and deployment of computer hardware to meet organizational needs.
Manage Tier 1 support tasks such as resolving basic technical issues and troubleshooting system problems.
Facilitate hardware refresh processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
Assist with data transfer operations to ensure secure and efficient migration of information.
Provide support for Microsoft technologies, addressing user concerns and maintaining system functionality.
Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve overall efficiency.
Document and track technical issues, providing detailed resolutions to ensure long-term reliability.
Offer hands-on assistance for hardware installations and configurations.
Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their concerns.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in computer hardware deployment and imaging.
Understanding of Tier 1 support duties, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and their practical applications.
Ability to perform data transfer operations securely and efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities to interact with users effectively.
Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to stay informed about advancements in IT tools and systems.
