About the Role:

The Logistics team is at the core of the CrowdStrike family, supporting Technical Operations to ensure seamless daily operations. The Logistics team is looking for an individual to support our Technical Operations supply chain needs. This individual will aid our production and R&D operations by reviewing, analyzing and negotiating various contract and service terms with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contract renewals, understand contract and service terms and conditions, have familiarity with accounting procedures for verifying and processing invoices and creating purchase requisitions, cultured in monitoring budgets with effective communication, attention to detail and record keeping.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, flourishing environment. Candidates should be problem solvers interested in expanding their breadth of knowledge and learning new technologies and processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Receive demand and requirements for software, licensing and services from Technical Operations team
  • Negotiate pricing, billing terms and total value as appropriate
  • Obtain quotes and pricing from vendors
  • Create purchase requisitions, track and communicate approvals
  • Validate and process invoices
  • Manage and initiate contract renewals


What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional technical environment
  • Knowledgeable with data center colocation contract terms and conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams
  • Equipped with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workloads
  • Able to quickly grasp concepts in a progressive environment


Bonus Points:
  • Knowledgeable with data center colocation services, specifically: space, power, cross connects, circuits, installation services
  • Background in logistics, purchasing, negotiations, contracts management and budget forecasting

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $120,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
