Job Details


1.Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Developer

2.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Java developer including experience in Java/J2EE and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

3.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with popular frameworks, particularly Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA.

Desirable Qualifications:
1.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.More than 7 years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL, as well as experience with NoSQL databases.

2.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

3.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including an understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

4.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

5.2+ years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc. preferred)

6.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
