What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with overall regional business goals.
- Tech Stack- OKTA, JAMF, Windows
- Lead the adoption of innovative and emerging technologies to drive business transformation and competitive advantage.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Promote the integration of advanced technologies that support sustainable business growth.
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of business operations.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage cost-effective cloud-based solutions that support agility and growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
- Mentor team members and support career growth through training and leadership opportunities.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, aligning investments with strategic priorities and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Proficiency in data warehousing, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms for strategic insight generation.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating service-level agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.
