IT Manager

This company provides on-demand access to specialized business expertise for investment and corporate professionals around the world. By connecting decision-makers in investment management, private equity, consulting, and corporate sectors with a global network of industry experts, they deliver valuable market insights, strategic guidance, and execution support across a broad range of industries and geographies.

This company is looking for someone who wants to get into a leadership positionwith no prior or 1-2 years of management experience.

This company is located in Midtown and is requiring in office Monday-Thursday and remote work Friday.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with overall regional business goals.
  • Tech Stack- OKTA, JAMF, Windows
  • Lead the adoption of innovative and emerging technologies to drive business transformation and competitive advantage.
  • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Promote the integration of advanced technologies that support sustainable business growth.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of business operations.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage cost-effective cloud-based solutions that support agility and growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Mentor team members and support career growth through training and leadership opportunities.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, aligning investments with strategic priorities and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Proficiency in data warehousing, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms for strategic insight generation.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating service-level agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.
