Role Name: Talent Module Lead - Oracle HCM Cloud
Leading Talent Management on the modules of Goal management, Profile management, Performance management for supporting and delivering the System integration testing cycle
Leading and supporting client workshops to perform end to end process testing for the Talent Management module
Performing Integration testing for custom integration for external vendors
Coordinating with offshore team to perform SIT
SIT issue triage, analysis and defect resolution
Providing weekly updates to Project Management on the module's testing status
