Key Responsibilities for Success

Strong Organizational & Communication Skills

- Manage multiple tasks, schedules, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure effective written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and schedules to keep initiatives on track.
- Coordinate activities, document progress, and provide regular status updates.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Work closely with Marketing, Project Managers, Developers, and Analysts.

Technical & Tool Proficiency

- Utilize Jira, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Support data flow and marketing-related project elements.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
- Identify risks, issues, and deviations early and recommend solutions.
- Assist in implementing best practices for efficiency and project success.
